Allegheny County Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public indexes, official access channels, and historic directory collections for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any records office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use this reference or its linked materials to:

Pennsylvania law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Access to Pennsylvania executive-agency records is separately governed by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§67.101-67.3104, which does not override judicial or confidential-record rules.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
